Getting started

What is Fingoh?

Fingoh is a B2B trade fair exhibitor intelligence platform. It helps exhibitors identify, score, and engage high-intent visitors before, during, and after an event.

Fingoh combines AI-powered profile enrichment, XGBoost intent scoring, and on-site signal capture to build a ranked visitor list that tells your sales team exactly who to prioritise and why.

Visitors ranked T1 (Hot) through T4 (Cold). Drill into any visitor's full intelligence profile.

Send personalised meeting requests. Visitors accept or decline via email.

Understanding these concepts will help you get the most out of Fingoh.

IEI — Investigative Event Intelligence

IEI is Fingoh's proprietary intent scoring framework. It produces a score from 0–100 for each visitor by combining 41 weighted signals. The higher the score, the higher the likelihood of conversion.

IEI Tiers

Your definition of the perfect buyer for this event — target roles, company sizes, visit reasons, and product categories. Configured in Event Setup and used to calibrate all AI enrichment and scoring.

Quick start

Get your first event live in under 10 minutes.

Sign in at exhibitor.fingoh.ai
Use your registered email address.

Create or select an event
Click + New event. Enter the event name, venue, and dates.

Complete Event Setup
Fill in your ICP — target roles, company sizes, visit reasons, and categories. Takes 3–5 minutes.

Upload your audience
Go to Audience Upload and drop your CSV or Excel file. Required: first_name, last_name, email, company, job_title.

Review IEI Analysis
Once scoring completes, go to IEI Analysis to see your ranked visitor list.

Add your booth staff
Go to Event Setup → Staff and add your team's email addresses.

Import your pre-registered buyers list so Fingoh can enrich and score every contact before the event opens.

Supported formats

Fingoh accepts .csv and .xlsx files up to 10,000 rows. Special characters are handled automatically.

Fingoh enriches each contact with AI, then scores with XGBoost across 41 signals. Takes 20–30 seconds for small lists, up to 2 minutes for 100+ contacts.

Updates in real time. You'll see toast notifications whenever a staff member logs a signal or completes a meeting. The activity feed shows the last 20 actions across your event.

An agentic AI assistant that drafts personalised outreach and follow-up sequences for your top leads.

Download your scored and ranked visitor list as CSV for CRM import.

The export includes all visitor fields plus IEI score, IEI tier, onsite IEI score, registration probability, and enrichment notes. Hot and Warm leads are exported separately.

Event Setup

Configure your ICP, booth staff, products, and email templates for each event.

ICP configuration

Define your ideal buyer — target roles, company sizes, visit reasons, and product categories. The more specific, the higher the scoring accuracy.

Staff management

Add your booth team's email addresses. Default passcode is 1234. Staff can change their passcode in the app.

Products & services

List the products you are showcasing. This feeds into AI enrichment, making visitor-to-product matching more precise.

The Staff App is a Progressive Web App (PWA) at staff.fingoh.ai — works in any browser and can be installed to your home screen.

Use Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS. Tap "Add to Home Screen" to install as a PWA.

Default is 1234. Change it via the profile icon → Change passcode.

Offline support

Signals logged without internet are queued locally and synced automatically when you reconnect. Tap "Sync now" to force a sync.

Walk-in capture

Capture visitors who aren't in the pre-registered list.

Tap Camera to scan a business card — AI extracts name, company, email, phone, and job title automatically. Or fill in details manually. Only Full name is required.

Saved walk-ins appear in the Exhibitor App audience list and are scored by the IEI model.

Meetings (Staff)

View and complete meetings assigned to your event on the day.

The Meetings tab shows all accepted meetings. For each meeting you can mark actual start/end time, type or voice-record notes, run AI analysis, and mark as completed. Completed meetings sync to the Exhibitor App in real time.

Lists all active organisations with plan, event count, contact count, and last activity. Click any customer to view their events or adjust their plan.

Plan management

Create and edit plans, set feature flags, and adjust limits per tier.

Each plan has configurable limits: max contacts per event, max Deep IEI analyses, max staff seats, and feature flags. Changes take effect immediately.

Frequently asked questions

How long does scoring take?

For a 100-row CSV, typically 60–90 seconds. Larger uploads may take 3–5 minutes. Scoring runs in the background.

Can I upload the same contact twice?

Yes. Fingoh uses email as the unique key. Re-uploading updates the record and re-runs scoring.

What if a visitor's email bounces?

You'll see an error in the meeting status. Update the visitor's email in their profile and resend the request.

How do staff log in without a smartphone?

The Staff App works on any device with a browser. Open staff.fingoh.ai in Chrome or Safari.

What happens to offline-queued signals?

Signals logged offline are stored locally and synced automatically when the device reconnects.

Can multiple staff log signals for the same visitor?

Yes. Each signal is attributed to the staff member who logged it. The on-site IEI uses the most recent signal data.
